Why Seeking Wellness?

I've spent nearly half my life hearing about, and assessing, the various ailments and health concerns of my patients, family members, friends, and even random people I meet. If there is one overreaching theme that has encompassed nearly all of these encounters, it is, "Doc, what do you think would work best for ME?" In a world if infinite options, and vast amounts of information at our disposal, how are we supposed to sift though it all, to find the best option for us, as individuals?

Unfortunately, if you want to know exactly what your particular health risk factors are, or how your body absorbs specific nutrients, or which types of exercise are most effective for your body, Google isn't much help. You can find vast amounts of general information, but nothing specifically for YOU, the unique individual that you are.

By integrating all the data we have access to about you, specifically, I hope to be able to build a comprehensive health and wellness plan that incorporates your personal needs and goals.

We can use your genome (genetic map), family history, personal health history, vital signs, lab work, along with your individual strengths, to make recommendations, help you set goals, and provide feedback. Whether your biggest concern is a current health problem or illness, managing pain, addressing health risk factors, losing weight, or just overall wellness, I believe by working together, we can develop the path to wellness that is right for you.
